If I'm not mistaken there are two seperate rallys. One each the last two weekends in April. Been to both, gotta work, might play hooky.
There are two rallys on consecutive weekends. But, only one of them is in Cherokee. There's the Rally in the Valley in Maggie Valley (April 21-22) and the Cherokee Survivors Motorcycle Rally (April 28-30). Then there's another Cherokee Survivors Rally in the fall (Sept. 8-9) and another Rally in the Valley in Maggie Valley (September 15-16).
That's why I suggest in a previous post that if anyone planned to ride the Dragon or Cherohala Skyway in April, those roads will probably be packed on those weekends.
