i was looking at a dynafxdc 2 tone paint 13654. well thanks again
I bought my dyna at Cape Fear here in Fayetteville, they dealt alittle, I was playing them back and forth with ***'s in Ashville. CF won, but not by much. Next bike I bought from Ray Price, gave me more trade on my dyna, and was alot better to work with thatn Cale Fear. They also had 500 bucks to spend in their place (course, i probably paid for that one way or another) but...Ray Price still beat CF.
Ray price has a very good shop ,or did . But buy'n????? call around ,shop around I bought 1 bike at greensboro and 1 from ray price but never been back to ether. Bought both in febuary when nothing was sell'n .Then i don't go in for service to begine with. I do my own. Buy where you get the best deal. Ray atleast is a high per shop, real none of the others are anymore, just parts changers.
You're in a good location to compare Ray Price, Rocky Mount, Sheltons (Smithfield) and Greensboro Harley Davidson for the best price and service. The problem with Cape Fear is that soldiers pay what they ask for their bikes, and don't wheel and deal much due to the money they have when returning from overseas. Personally, I'd check out all 4 to see which one is willing to give you the best deal for your money.
If you're not dead set on a new scoot and would like to forgoe the depreciation, there are alot of nice low milage, used bikes on the market. Check out Bikers Boulevard, http://www.bikersboulevard.com/ , or Chopper Exchange http://www.chopperexchange.com/ and you might find a deal.
greensboro harley sucks. they wouldnt deal with me at all. i got up and walked on em.ended up buying from davis. got a much better deal but not the exact color i wanted. but they soon pissed me off over a $20 part.i was supposed to get signal relocators with my windshield.well it was but on at closing so i dint worry about it much. later i wanted to move them. so i asked if they wouldnt give me the parts that was supposed to come with the kit.they wouldnt and wanted to charge me for em.so i told them that i wouldnt buy anything thing from them ever again.and walked on them too.so now i will deal with ***
08softailc i guess that part of the reason a don't go to dealers much ,they all such some just mose thatn others at different times. Dreamer65 I now have given up on what harley is today and ride what they don't have an interest in anymore. Only have to go to a evo to do that. F all of them ,but if you got to have a new bike treat them just like you might if buy'n a car shop them all that you would drive to and buy from who gives you the best deal and go home. Do your warranty work at your dealer of choice ,they don't care. I have made most of my dealer over the phone, test ride and buy and tow home to break in the bike.Don't buy accesories at the dealer if finaceing ,you can buy on line as cheap .
