Looked like a big turnout. Good for the kids. I saw a large group of bikes around Gaston headed South as I was headed home from Tybee. I figured they were coming from the toy run.

It was a good run. Short but good. I dont know the count but it had to be somewhere around 1000 bikes. 2 lots full at Pepsi and the whole entire lot at the Colonial Insurance Office was full. Parade took about 1/2 hr to get there. Got started at about 1:15 or so and we left Colonial at about 2:30 or so and was home by 3:00. I wish it would have been longer but still good none the less. Gonna keep my eyes on the weather for the Vets Ride.

Looked to be a great turnout, which is good. I was all ready to go, toy strap down, etc...Bike wouldnt start. Fu*k my life. I havent really rode that much, I started it the other day for a quick second, but I guess the battery is drained. Bought a jumper for it. Hope it works. Just have to know to start it every so often or tender it.

Yes, just like every other day including those last week in the teens. I can't remember when I last drove my old truck to work.

I did that for a few years. Eventually, I even got smart enough to get some cold weather gear. 16* in jeans and a leather jacket can be rough! My bike gets much better mileage than my car or truck, but having a radio and heat is pretty nice. I really enjoy riding the bike, but this car is my baby!
