The 9-11 HOPE Ride
Join the U.S. Army, U.S. Marine Corps and the U.S. Air Force for this unique Tribute Ride with 3 different starts

Jacksonville/Fayetteville/Goldsboro, NC
Hope For The Warriors® will host their 5th Annual Poker Run on Saturday, September 11, 2010. This 9-11 Hope ride will serve as a memorial where bikers and patrons from the 3 largest Military communities on the East Coast will join to never forget 9-11, This three (3) city start in Fayetteville, NC (home of US Army Base Fort Bragg), Shelton's Harley Davidson, Goldsboro, NC (home of the US Air Force Base Seymour Johnson), Jacksonville, NC (home the the Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune). Each ride will meet in the middle at the Mad Boar Restaurant & Bar in Wallace, NC for the big blow out party where there will be food, live entertainment, a 50/50 raffle, door prizes, and several great raffle items that will be given away!

Looks like its Hawgnuttz, Glebo, Bald1der and myself so far. At least those of us who are leaving from Cape Fear Harley (Fayetteville). Just wondering if any of you want to link up for breakfast before registration (9-11 am)/kickstands up(1200 noon)? Hardee's, Micky D's, whatever.

DD I working on a crowd to go on this Run..This is a worthy cause.... I`m telling everone I know that rides and those that dont...I have quiet a few coming so far and plan on more...this will be one of those runs when you read about it you will think ( man I wish I would have went). A friend of mine was going to Savannah that weekend but has cancelled out to go on this..Spread the Word!!! Everybody, please our troops need our support, especially those who were wounded in action..... Mike.... Peace.......

Mike said that they (Chaps) still do a fair amount of business. But it's not the same since ownership of the place changed hands.
