If any of you are on Facebook, BBBQ has a page and for the last several weeks several hotels have listed available rooms from last minute cancellations.
We're leaving from north of Dallas early on Friday--coming back on Sunday. Any route suggestions (69?). Any "must do's" at this rally? Our first time to this party.
You could take highway 75 from Dallas up to Tulsa, and over on Highway 412. "Must Do's?" Ride up to Eureka Springs, and ride the Pig Trail. NW Arkansas provides for some great riding, with beautiful scenery.

Check post #5 in this thread, or check the Facebook page. I've seen some local hotels posting that they have room cancellations. Good luck.
Check out this lodging in Fayetteville--rent by the week, and all bills are paid! Valueplace.com Includes a kitchen, bath & BR. We had a room reserved, but got a "cottage" and cancelled our reservation. I think it was $149.99 (w/ $100 deposit) for a week. Good luck.
We have Aaound four to six couples leaving early Friday from the Lewisville Texas area and coming back on Sunday. Cant wait, this will be my first rally.
I dont have the time yet but I think we are meeting at the IHOP in The Colony (on the 121 toll road) early Friday if there are any one who wants to join in.

Me and the wife are leaving Thursday and heading to Branson for a day.. We head in to Eureka Springs Friday morning and check out all the Vettes (its also corvette weekend there) and grab some breakfast, then head on down to Fayetteville for Fri and Sat nights, then head home Sunday morning. I'll be with two other couples on street glides, one flat black, the other black with blue tribal flames all over it. I'll be on the loud as hell flat black, fatboy-road king looking contraption!
