Ok all i have seen some of the threads regarding MB bike week in the spring. We were thinking of ripping down from Canada for it but we are hesitant due to the negative stuff were reading. Can i get some incite from the folks that have been last year or plan to go this year??? Dont wanna spend 13 hours each way if its gonna be a hassle all week, so please give me the straight scoop for this years deal. Teflon

 

I have been going for 17 years,never a problem. Most things are in North Myrtle or Murrells Inlet anyway. I stay on the strip in Myrtle,and the only advice I can give you is the same if you've ever been to Daytona or Sturgis don't speed and don't act like an idiot and stand out or you will get the LEOs attention.

 

 

Just to let you know, SBB Four corners has been sold and is being torn down......everything now will be in the inlet and in Garden City!

 

Correction......this is the very last bike week for SBB 4 corners!!

I would bet most of the complainers have never been. I will be down this year as I have the last few. We will be staying up closer to the House of Blues this year. We generally stay south and hit SBB, beaver, Sandy Monkey, et al but this year we decide to do something different.

 

I've been complaining since 1976 and will continue to do so. If the bars and touristy things are want you want and you want to fight the traffic then have fun. Otherwise there's not much good riding there. Just my honest opinion.

 

My wife and I have always had a great time. I think you owe it to yourself to try it out. Everyone will have their own opinions on it and you know what they say about opinions.
