It is being organized by a gent named Bogey Biker. He has a pretty decent youtube channel and you can view last year's event on there (that was the first one). He also has a website, but there isn't much information on it about the event. My wife and I plan on attending.

Everything that's been posted is what can easily be found on the event. I was looking for more details such as times, meeting places, hotels, etc. Perhaps that doesn't exist for events like this? I'm new to this scene so maybe I'm asking for too much.

He did say where they were staying in one of his videos, which is in one of the cabins in Leakey. I am staying at Clearwater rv park. Lunch on Saturday will be at the Bent Rim, that is also where they will have some merch and a meet and greet. They also said in one of the videos that a large group is staying in Kerrville.

Also, unless youve done this ride before, there are some sections where it takes your undivided attention. In other words, its easy to get target fixation. He didnt say in the video, but its likely thats what happened to the rider that crashed into the guardrail last year.
