Thought I'd throw up some pics of my club's rally that we had this past weekend. if anyone has ever been, it started out with typical massacre weather, on Friday. The sun cam out saturday and turned the weekend into a pretty good time! all sorts of shennanigans and good times!
ok. let's try this again. here are some pics of the weather that we had to deal with on friday, the road conditions and pulling various vehicles out of the muck. we were concerned about the weather affecting the turnout.
the sun came out early saturday morning and with it, bikers started rolling in. our numbers were down from previous years, but we still had a great turnout!
we had bands, beer, food and vendors all weekend. for those that don't know, the St Valentine's Day Massacre is in it's 33rd year and is the largest nonprofit rally in the state of Texas. 100% of the proceeds go to benefit equitherapy for mentally ill and physically disabled children.
If you didn't make it this year, hopefully you can make it next year. i promise you won't be dissappointed!
Saturday night was an awesome time with our headlining band and the party that came along with it. late sat and early sun brought out a little mischief, but everyone had a great time.
FYI.....bikers + unattended heavy machinery = massacre mischief
Grimm, thanks for sharing them photo's..............I'll keep that in mine for next year.
I haven't hear bout the rally until now, I live south of A-town and love riding down around San Antonio area.
Cheer's............
