I agree with you nuclearnick, how could those plugs looks so rusted and corroded unless the bike was out in the weather for some time. Changing plugs in a Harley motor is about the easiest mechanical job one can do on any engine. Followed closely by oil filter change. He's right, he should have just taken the bike to the shop.
