Default Stage 1 Done!

Finally I did my Stage 1 upgrades. I drilled the stupid EPA plug, rejetted the carb, installed Cycle Shack slash cut slip ons, and a Kuryakyn Hypercharger and breather kit. It really was not very difficult to do and I'm pleased with the results so far, although I haven't had a chance to ride it very much since it needed to go into the shop for a 5k service. I get it back tomorrow and if the weather cooperates, which is iffy, I'll put some miles on this weekend.

The detailed instructions the people on this forum have posted were very helpful, Thanks to all those who took the time to post.

TAXES PAID!!

I'm going to try to do mine this weekend. The Cycle shack slip ons are already on, I just got the jet kit and Big Sucker air cleaner from Sorgy's. It will have to wait until Sunday now, I have a Patriot Guard welcome home ride on Sat.

It is an easy job and I am glad I did not pay someone to do it. I have put 150 miles on since I did it and it runs great. Seems like some good weather is finally coming to the North East hope to put on more miles this weekend.
