Ok so I want to change out the drag bars on my 2001 1200c however I want the bar's or close to the ones on the 1200t

However my bike has the tall riser.

Are you just looking for a different riding position?
The riser is approximately 6" tall ?
Generally a drag bar has no rise.
Here's some specs to pour over ...
http://www.sideroadcycles.com/Import...ckBarsOne.html
The stock bars should be about 27" wide , 5 1/2" pullback , 8" center.
Maybe what you want is a flat track style bar that's around 27" wide , 4 1/2" rise (tall) , 7 1/2" pullback , whatever center fits.
The center measurement refers to the straight part at the upper clamp area , if the center is wide enough , it will work , even if it's shorter than 8" like the stock drag bars.
The E5 would be something to check out here.

Bars are hard to visualize , but know what you want to accomplish and measure twice , install once.
