So my 89 sportster 1200 wiring under my seat is a rats nest. The breakers and relays are zip tied to the frame which is how I bought it. I broke down yesterday because one of my breakes broke loose and was grounding out to my frame cutting all power to my bike. Does anyone have any ideas or pictures of how the stock look is or how I could mount the breakers instead of zip tying them to the frame?

I ended up getting a piece of 1/4 inch thick plastic and cut it to shape to fit under my seat and around my oil tank and secured it with a nut and bolt, that is holding the back of my fender to my frame, and riveted the circuit breaker clips to the plastic and secured the breakers down with zip ties into the clips. Its not a professional job but it looks organized and it does the job.
