Default 2012 Sportster 48 breather mod
I used parts I got from ACE Hardware and hose from a local bike shop to do this mod. I drilled and tapped holes as you see in these pictures and used gasket sealant to plug the stock breather holes routed to the intake. The brass fittings are 3/8 in hose barbs. The catch can I got is from Denniskirk.com

I have ridden 120 miles or so with this setup and so far so good. The can is very well built.

How much oil have you collected in the can?

So far no oil collected yet. I may have to ride it a few hundred more miles and see what happens.
