I had a 107 tmap code error. The biggest tmap fail was when I was about 10k elevation and I coasted the way down the mountain. I unplugged it and reinserted it and it seems to be okay. I beat the hell out of this 48, so no telling what happened. They ordered a new sensor ($30.00) and it is sitting there waiting for me.

Does anyone else's MAP sensor have any play in it? The new one they put in wiggles quite a bit.

I don't recall it doing that when I was checking all the wires and connections before I took it in for service.

The saga continues...

Took it back in on the 13th (same problem) and they have now replaced the main wiring harness. Hopefully that resolves this problem once and for all.

Is there a "lemon" law in your state?

Or, take it to VW, they'll tell you it's better than ever.

There is a lemon law in IL but it does not apply to motorcycles or boats. Ran great on the ride home so I am starting to get a little hopeful that they finally got it. I'll take it a for a couple of long rides this weekend and give it a workout.
