Just curious which model works for the Big Radius V&H for the SPortster?
I currently have the hardkore baffles but I had to really break it in to get it to fit. They seem okay for now but I want that low deep tone that I see the the DK custom videos.
It depends on the diameter of your pipes and your baffle size. DK's website has a full page on fitment including pics. You only have 3 to choose from and the 118 is probably to small. I have 3" pipes and 2" baffles and the 258's were a tad to big and the 158 were too small. if in doubt, PM Kevin or email support@dkcustomproducts.com and ask them. They are awesome in responding.
Okay thanks. It would be great to see customer reviews on it for the big radius..so I know if I need to do anything to them like shave it down to install them.

Any help would be appreciated.
Depending on the size of your baffle holes, either the W118 or the W158. You can see the guidelines HERE.
It's a matter of drilling a hole, and if you want to fit the nut between the pipe and the heat shield, they you will need to get some jam nuts and cut down the studs a little.
Most just drill thru the heat shields and pipes, then use the hardware as it comes.
