Hello guys I have this drag spec headlight bike on my 48. I recently put on some tru wraps led turn signals that are bright white. The light is yellowish so I need some ideas on how to make this headlight white led or do I need to get a whole new headlight? Thanks for your help
Matching up light colours is rather like a dog chasing it's tail - likely to end up in a heap of fur! The Touring chaps get quite agitated on the subject, bearing in mind most of them start out with three white lights up front. Even different brands of LED lights are likely to be different in colour, not least because LEDs as vehicle lights are pretty new, just like HID was a few years ago and halogen were before them.
I tried the PIIA bright white halogen. For a halogen, it is a great light. Uses the same voltage as stock but is similar to LED but without the ballast. Changed to LED since it uses a lot less voltage. http://www.piaa.com/xtremewhite_powersports
