I have a 2001 Electra glide looking to upgrade the headlight. Stock light to dim what's the best headlight.do not want the 8 hundred dollar led thanks.
IIRC you have the 7" housing?
i would go LED. either the HD one *a re-branded JWSpeaker LED headlight at $400+, or my favorite the Trucklite Phase 7 LED headlight *discount fleet supply has them around $200
shy of that one of the prmium halogen bulbs light the GE nighthawk platinum or the sylvania premium line zXe H4 bulbs either will run about $65
The LED's are the best for light. I have put them in all of my bikes. I did not think they were $800 though, $500 maybe. You could try just upgrading the driving lights to LED's first.
