Default Looking for extended or long forward foot pegs, 6" +

I use the DK custom forward peg mounts on my iron. I love em. But the pegs I'm using are simply too short. They were temporary until I could upgrade. My legs have to bend in awkwardly to use them, or hang my foot off the end of the peg. Not so comfortable.

I need something with at least a 5" long peg, 6" or more overall length from mount to tip. Doesn't need to be a peg, mini platforms ok too. Standard foot peg mount.

I've found some on the cheaper end with chrome like this, but I'd prefer to find something without chrome. Black preferred.

HD has two long foot pegs. The one that you showed in your post. The other is called "Silencer" I have both types. The silencer one has holes in it to look like a silencer and because it is not rubber covered your foot can slip off of it.

The rubber covered one simply looks ugly on a bike.

Why not get some Triple Traps? They are 4.5" plus about .75" longer than stock shaft, so that give an effective 5.25".

Here's a pic of a pair that I blacked out with some rattle can paint.

Yes, I think they are. When I saw your post yesterday I looked over all the specs, and that is the widest one.

There is a way to get the Triple Traps even wider...it is what I am running on my bikes, and it gives even more foot positions.

Add the heel rest arms. This pushes the peg out an additional inch, so you would be at 6.25".

Here's a pic of mine with Beat Traps and the heel rests...you can see the heel rest adapter bracket is between the clevis and the footpeg, adding width to how far the peg sticks out.
