Default Nightster GSXR 1000 fork swap project

We decided to swap out the front end on our Cafe'd stretched 2007 nightster. For parts we went with:
2006 GSXR front end
Cognito moto front wheel hub, Buchanan spokes and excel 17x3.5" rim
Cognito custom top triple tree and stem with motogadget Motoscope mini
LSL Clipons
Brembo RCS 19 master cylinder
Motogadget m-switch hand controls with custom relay for headlight
Motogadget m-blaze disk bar end turn signals and grips
Motogadget m-rear bar end mirror
LSL headlight and brackets
Spiegler front brake lines
We should be done with bike minus the custom clutch and throttle cables this week. Here are a few pics of the project:
Most of the parts were sourced from www.cognitomoto.com and www.ajcyclesny.com

Top tree - we decided to powdercoat flat black and switch to 7/8 bars and controls after this picture.

Looks fine, but a bit long! Is that for racing, or show? Michelin Pilot 4 tyres I see......

Man that's nice. Not a fan of stretched swingarms unless you at the strip but the bike has a great stance. What café seat setup is that?

It's more for show. Tires are Michelin road 3s. The seat is from trans moto in Canada.

If you visit the website shown in the first post, you'll see this bike in
one of their "custom builds".
https://www.ajcyclesny.com/pages/custom-builds#

The "details" show it as a Trac Dynamics 6″ over Swingarm.

Really liking the 17" up front.

It looks a bit lower in the front? How about a ground level side shot to better see the stance? Thanks
