Well, just finished up with my divorce and this was my present to myself. I'm really liking it.
It is unlike any Harley I have rode before. It feels like an old Ducati or something, but has the Harley type of power.
The bike handles really well and the suspension is very modern and soaks up anything thrown at it. The brakes aren't bad either.
Overall, I'm pretty impressed and have had a lot of fun on it.
If I had to nit pick, the rear brake is squealing a bit and the front fender is plastic.
Now, I'm thinking what mods it needs. About all I am thinking of is a headlight cowl and lower engine scoop.
I put a mustang seat on it so far that I already had. It is more comfortable that the stocker.
As for exhaust, what do you guys think would look best while sticking with a "cafe' type look. I want to stay with a chrome system.
As for the air cleaner on this bike, I like the gray and how it matches the engine. Is it possibly to do a stage 1 type set up and retain the stock oval air cleaner?
You're the envy of a lot of people right now including myself! Nice ride and congratulations! I really want one but just can't do it at this point. Keep us posted on what mods you finally choose and other thoughts on the bike overall.
Enjoy the new bike! Wish I could get one but my Iron is a 2015 and I've done so much to it. Maybe in a few years I'll try and grab one, who knows. Be sure to post more pics!
I love my wife and I don't want to divorce her but if it means I can buy the new roadster.........I'm drawing up the paperwork right now as I type this........

My grandpa told me to never get married and raise my kids the same way. Unfortunately I didn't take his advise.
I love the V&H Grenades. I think they'd look great on that bike.
Congratulations and enjoy it.
he'd lose power with the grenades... and the noise is unreal... my go pro will be popping up tomorrow or wednesday so you can hear how insane it is to be atop that noise. i've considered moving back to the seIIs more than once.
bassani, vance pro, defender, thunder header, lsr... 2-1...
or fab on the xr style pipes and rear sets

I've heard that but not them (YouTube videos are just not the same as live). I love how they look but would honestly need to hear them in person before making the purchase just for that reason.
And yeah, hadn't factored in a loss of power because it would be a gain on my 1200C.
