Idle air control problem
Just got a 2009, 1200xl c Sportster.
Has 6400 mi
With the power OFF, the IAC is cycling, and draining the battery.
If I unplug it, battery is fine.
When I put a test light to the wiring harness, all four post are hot.
Even with the key off.
What could be causing this?

worst case- the part is $25-35. p/n 27629-01a
isolate the issue first though
