Engine Miss
I have a 06 883 with a off idle miss. It happens when you just start to accelerate. It will open up and run fine. It misses only when you crack the throttle open. Thought it was the he accelerator pump , but, it was fine. I have cleaned the carb, checked for loose/croded wires and a under voltage at the battery while running. Also checked for a vacuum leak. An help would be welcome.

I'd replace the accelerator pump diaphragm if it's from 2006. Then set your idle mixture when engine fully warm.
I just replaced my original pump diaphragm on my 1991(!), it was all stretched out. What a difference the new one makes, no coughs or hesitation.
