Default risers and handlebars

hello, need some info. ive got an 04 1200 custom. id like a little more height and pull back from the bars. i started with different risers but the stock risers are enclosed, so the risers i got would leave the plug for the turn signals and such would be exposed. so i decided to try different bars, i dont want anything with straight angles, i like the smooth look, hd dealership suggested chumps, which i got and they are way to high. my question is are they any enclosed risers that are higher than stock? or maybe a set of bars that are a little higher than stock? im probably looking in the wrong places, but harley and jp cycles are not helping very much, any options?

Did you need to replace any cables or wires for those bars?
