getting less vibration can it be done
your bike is going to vibrate matter what you do, pegs and all. it's a crude bike.
spending your hard earned money trying to stop it from being itself is probably not the best investment. a 1200 gearing swap will smooth things out and the larger displacement of a 1200/1250 will also help. the smaller an engine, the more lively it is.
that's probably one of the best parts about the sporty. the rawness, vibey, punk nature of it. a fun and angry little bike that's as reliable as a cast iron skillet.
would taking the engine apart and getting the the crank flywheel and piston´s balance together help??? i really dislike the vibration between 4200-5000rpm right where the interstate speed is and my 2 biddies ride a night rod and a street bob 103.
can you get other motormounts???
it seems that a friend´s 2016 has less vibration and his has same exhaust as me???
what to do

As cvaria said, they are a raw, angry bike. They are going to have some buzzing at that RPM.
Each one is also different, and not surprising that one may have a bit more buzzing than another.
Changing the gearing to a 1200 front pulley will get your RPM's down at your interstate cruising speed.
Check your motor-mounts to make sure they are in good shape and tight.
Keeping your hands loose on the grips will help.
Anything you can do...ISO grips, different riser bushings, bar-end weights, to isolate the vibrations in the bars will help.
Cupping in either of the front or rear tires, as well as out of balance tires, will add to the vibration.
DKCustomProducts.com
had them check the motor mounts 2-3 times

If you want a bike that doesn't buzz your hands, buy a Road King. It (2016 RK)shakes at idle, but when it is rolling it is as smooth as the steering wheel in my Cadi.

For the seat Gel Pad , raw 3/8 thick , remove seat cover cut some out the size of your butt reinstall cover or have a upholstery shop do it ( sweet )
I couldn't ride my '81 sportster for more than about 45min , liked the two ways that I also did them to my '80 Tour Glide , if I get another bike they will be also done to it
