Default EZ Brackets

Is there a downside to installing EZ Brackets so that you can remove saddlebags easier

I guess it depends on what you consider a 'downside'.

Possibly from an 'asthetics' perspective, since they do space outward
the bag/container that you're attaching to them....

I had them on my sporty last year. Got to work & noticed my bag looked funny. One side of the bracket broke. I'll be rigid mounting my saddle bags this year.
