if they are stock dyna shocks, they will be the same shock as your sportster maybe with a little more travel. Also you they could have too much travel on them and could bottom out on your fender. I'm not 100 percent sure about the fender bottoming, but it is something to look into. If your looking for cheap way to go, the oil over air RG shock is what you want. or just get 13" 412 shocks. also the drag specialist have an adjustable shock which looks cool you can run a 13" and if its too tall adjust it down to 12.5". id still go for 13". the Oil shocks will be 13" i believe too. DK customs has a bunch of test info on rear shocks.
Direct bolt on. You dont need to install a compressor, or any lines if you dont want to. Grab a small air pump online with them to adjust the air pressure.
I think you'll find the Dyna shocks stiffer...It's physics, "Lever". Different placement.

They are a totally different shock. Running a Dyna shock on a Sporty will not yield a good ride, nor will running a Sporty shock on a Dyna. Completely different animals.
