hey guys, my red key light came on and I checked the code coming up with B1154 clutch switch to ground. Now from what I have gathered this just prevents the bike from being started in gear. I don't even know where to start to fix this. It sounds like a grounding issue but I have no clue where the clutch switch wire is. I cleared the code and after about 5 miles of riding it comes back on, generally after I hit a bump.

Oh and I have a 2011 48 model.

 

In absence of a response, here is the diagram of the handlebar control....I suggest you follow the wiring to ensure no short.




The code says B1154 Clutch Switch Input Short to Ground
