Well, I was able to find a bike I fell in love with at the price I was happy with. I got an 07 1200 Low in Pear Yellow. It has custom grips, pegs and controls. Purchased it at Rossemyers Pompano store. Rode my Honda 600 VLX down from West Palm Beach and was afraid to go much over 65 because the bike was winding out too much for me. Rode the 1200L home and can't believe the difference. I know it's my first Harley. I know it's the biggest bike I've ever owned or ridden. But it sure felt good on the way home on I-95 going 70 and if I wanted to I could roll the throttle and take off past someone. Whew it's a good feeling. The bike seems nimble. First time I rode that fast without a windshield to so that was a new experience. Hang on Bike rode pretty smooth to me. Not used to seperate turn signals but I'll get there. Love the auto shut off on them. All in all I'm in love with it and that's what this is about. Thanks for all the good advice from forum members. Pics to follow, gotta go to bed and get up early for work.
