Here is my build, used to build them 35 years ago, just started again 3 months ago (this bike.)

The ryca kit has always been a good looking cafe kit

I love the box pipe from RYCA

I do wonder how you'd put the bike on a lift without having to remove the exhaust every time though.

I've wondered that also, it's a steel exhaust so if the box muffler part is hard mounted to the frame by brackets it will probably be strong enough to lift the bike with out having to take it off or crush it
