well ok.... it may not be that serious. but ne ways i have a 06 883 and my brake light will not work while pulling/pushing on brake. the running taillight works but wont illuminate when brakes are applied. all fuses are fine and turnsignals starter buttonand horn are working fine. any help??? :-{ thanks in advance.

Yep, that's what I think is most likely is. Change the lightbulb (need a dual filiment) light bulb. Your running lights are single filimet ... your brake lights and signal lightsare dual.

Is it the front brake? If the bulb is ok, your brake light may be on constantly. If this is the case, you damaged the brake light switch and it will need to be replaced. I did this on my bike when I improperly changed my stock levers to the chrome ones.

thanks for the help, but its not the bulb. i tried four differend ones. the bike is under warrenty so im gonna send it to the stealer. im pretty good at working on things, but this is blowing me.
