Thanks so much for your help. Sounds like that clamp requires a crimper tool. Sounds like it's hard to really crimp it. I don't have one. What do you think about a regular hose clamp there? Or should I buy the tool.

Yeah the bike was stored outside under cover for about 5 years from the guy I bought it from. Immaculate condition that's why I thought someone was trying to ice me haha. Other hoses seem in great shape. Of course they are under the tran cover at the end. That drain hose is on an angle for sure. I am assuming it cracked because of the cold and the bend on the hose. Or Gremlins lol.

got to an auto parts store and just get a piece of rubber fuel line hose as long as the one you're replacing. they'll cut the hose to whatever length you need. it shouldn't be any more than a couple of bucks. a screw type hose clamp will work just fine.

My '06 is leaking from the same hose on the tank end. That hose runs into the back of the motor, but I'm not sure if it's attached on the inside or if it just pulls out.
