What’s goin on guys? New to forums and wanted to know if anybody knows if I’ll need longer cables putting 14” apes on my 2009 883 custom? Thanks again fellas.

That would depend on what type of bars you have installed now. Unless you have high bars installed now you will likely need new cables

i have the factory bars on there right now.

If you've never worked on bike wiring...wouldn't really recommend you take this on as your 1st project, unless you have a mechanic friend who knows wiring/schematics/soldering.
