On my '16 48 the triple is cast with the risers, and with the 49mm fork options for a new triple has been pretty limited. Depending on your bike you might have a lot more options or not even have to change the triple at all!

I usually get my parts from Surdyke. The clamp is available in a couple of different styles, the chrome one I believe the part no is 55900105 but you'll want to double check that before you order
