Default HD Sportster Service manual cost
I want to get a service manual for my sportster. An online HD dealers has the manual for $129.95. Is that what they go for?

I think you can view it for free at HD website.

That's just your owner's manual.

To OP, yeah, about $110-$130 is the discount online price usually. Best I could find was on Newcastle HD ($104) and Boardtracker HD ($107).

They are. HD does not do electronic versions.

I'm pretty sure I paid $60 Canadian for mine. Service manual from a HD dealer. 2017.

Yeah I paid 60 some dollars for my 2014 manual. They have gone way up since then. And If I'm now mistaken its against forum rules to post something here that's a copy right infringement.
