Default cruise control

i have harley roadster 2016 model in my yard i want to ask whether cruise control fitment on my bike or not

Your bike has a throttle lock on the right side. You can buy a $10 plastic lever for it. Look up Barefoot ***** throttle tender. Just use caution and understand your throttle will remain open if you go down.

I use it only briefly to give my right hand a break every once in a while.

While running on the slab for a while I figured out that if you will use your throttle set screw to put just enough friction on the throttle that you can still close it with some pressure, it will refuse fatigue greatly. I usr mine quite a bit just for a break.

I always have mine set with just enough friction to hold the throttle in place. Seems natural to me as that is what I do when I (used to) fly small plane

Maybe it won't be a problem as I believe the newer bikes have ways of knowing that something is wrong and will kill the engine.
