Default Rear blinker loose

...and will not tighten. I noticed a new rattle while riding this weekend and found it to be my rear blinker. Got a wrench to tighten it and it seems the bolt or stud is also turning with the nut?!? tried to pull the reflector from the inside to try to hold the bolt head, but no luck. Anyone got ideas or experienced this? Heard that rattle for 125 miles!!!

You're in for a big job. Any way that you look at it, you will have to remove the shock cover and hardware to get to the stud. No easy task. This also means the wiring. Keep us posted.

Pull the Brake light cover and disconnect the turn signal wiring for the side in question, remove the Strut cover screws/bolts, push wiring towards the hole it passes thru in the fender and remove strut cover and light assembly, you should have enough room now to put some locktite on the screws/bolts and reinstall.

I had that happen to me and the Dealer told me that everything had to come off and apart. BULL!!
I popped the lense off and very carefuly pryed the reflector loose with a pocket knife (reflector is mounted in a rubber gasket). You can get it out enough to get a open end wrench in there. Worked for me.
