I have a Sportster 1200c 2011 with Stage 1 tuning with POwer Commander. Is it possible for the EFI mapping to get corrupted. I may have had some electrical issues and my performance dropped thru the whole rpm range. MY ignition switch went bad and is now being replaced Could this be the mapping or a Commander issue. Also could a faulty ignition switch cause performance issues.

 

Not necessarily...just update the Power Commander with the latest firmware if available. You can check this through the PC software (goto the DynoJet website for more info)..then re-send the same Map or new Map according to your bike's setup. See if this fixes things.

Also check if all the power commander wires are firmly mounted to their respective slots.Good luck
