Warranty work
On wednesday the starter on my 06 XL died.I called my dealer to get it fixed.They told me there were no open appointments untill Aug 9.All the other locall dealers 2-3 weeks wait.On that same day,a friend had a tire replaced (no apointment) and booked time for a stage 1 and dino time for this saturday.Its sad that warranty work takes a back seat to profit.I am replacing the starter my self,parts won't be hear untill the the 15 or 16 of Aug.[:@]

Find another dealer, I have had no problem with Northend HD You may wait a few hours but they get the bike in asap. Be patient orLook elsewhere or do your own work. I agree it does suck when you should be taken care of and get kicked to the curb.
