Default 48 through the ditch

While riding down a country road some unaware driver decided to back out in front of me. Luckily I was able to navigate the bike into a shallow ditch and keep it upright. I hit the ditch pretty slow, maybe 15mph and at the very end the muffler clamp dug into the ground as it started to lean. Even though I kept it upright and saved it from falling is there anything i should look for damage wise? I looked it ok over pretty thoroughly and all looks well. The frame never touched only the muffler clamp. I rode the 20 miles home but am paranoid I missed something. Any and all advice is appreciated.

Check your underwear, thank your lucky stars, and never trust a cage again. The bike should be able to handle that little bit of off roading without any damage. Good job on staying alive, and upright.

Thumbs up

Having checked your bike over, clean the poor thing, give it a hug and move that darned clamp outta the way! Otherwise well done for avoiding disaster and ride on.

It was definitely an adrenaline rush. Just paranoid that there could be some damage. Thanks for the advice!

It had just had a nice bath the evening before haha. there were 2 spots of dirt one on the muffler clamp and the other just in front of the peg. from what I could tell they both happened in the last foot of movement when the bike started to lean heavily toward the down slope of the ditch. it took everything I had to keep it up and from falling over into the ditch. my main concern for damage was the suspension or possible engine/clutch issues since with all the drama i stalled the bike in 3rd gear at the end.
