Default Forward Controls

I've decided to move from mid to forward controls on my '07 Sporty 1200 Low. I asked the H.D. dealer for a quote and they came up close to $600. That's a stiff one to the rear if you ask me.[:@][:@][:@] Has anyone out there performed this modification at home. If so, which brand of controls is the best for your buck, and how tedious was the labor? Any input would be greatly appreciated.[sm=biker.gif][sm=biker.gif][sm=biker.gif] Thanks.

Default RE: Forward Controls

If you want to stay with an HD part Chicago HD will sell them to you for $360 from their online parts store. Part# is 33395-06. Pretty easy install if you are just a bit handy.

Default RE: Forward Controls

I bought my forward controls from the dealer......$350.

Installed them myself in about 90 minutes......that included a beer break between sides.
