I know "the wave" has beenworked to death, but today a Boise motorcycle cop gave me the 'down low, peace sign wave'. I shocked me so I almost forgot to acknowledge back. Good to see the police with the right attitude, just wish there were more of them.
Anyone else get "the wave" from cops

Pretty much all of the Motorcycle cops here in Nashville give me the "Harley" wave. I know a few of them personally, but I don't really think that makes a difference, I bet they wave at all bikers....well, most bikers.
i actualy got one from a South Korean motor bike cop riding a HD police package. Gorgeous bike.....very surprised to get the wave. Still pretty cool.....lol

The town next to us, has 2 bike cops, and they like to write tickets! But, a couple of weeks ago, i rode the Heritage through town, it's got a set of V&H big shot staggards on it, with the "quiet" baffels [right] well, i see the bike cop sitting up close to the local NAPA dealer, I'm right on top of him, he looks up and WAVES to me, man, this guy is ALRIGHT!! Made me feel good, accepted, allowed, granted, well, just good.
The Korean cops will give ya a wave when they see its a Harley your riding. If you encounter the military motorcade guys out in town they do also, as long as they are not doing an escort.
