Slight bogg

Hey guys, I just recently put slip ons on my 883. No air cooler, no tuner. Everything else engine wise is stock. Just some body work and relocating. Now she kinda Boggs down going into second gear. No bad sounds just a slight power loss. I double checked my bolts to make sure there wasn’t an air leak. Any suggestions? I do have a 19 so my Cadillac converters are in my mufflers so now she is running without them. Could that be my issue? Maybe a simple tune? I’ve heard when putting slip ons there isn’t a need for a tune but maybe I’ve heard wrong. Thanks guys

Depends what slip ons you put on. Some will kill low end torque, and a tune won’t fix that.

I thought it was the other way around . You fit cans and a filter so that you CAN tune .
