100% After Market. Could fit anything or nothing, including a Jap bike. Honestly if I had to bet $10, I would say Jap or some other Metric like a Triumph.
Does not look like a stock Sportster fender to me. But my experience is limited to the bikes in my signature line. so would say it is not from a 1997 to 2006 Sportster.
It might fit a Sportster, it might be from an older Sportster than the ones I have owned.
It has clips on both sides for brake lines. Most Sportsters do not have dual front brakes. And I have never seen a Sportster fender with clips like that for brake lines. Just did a search on E-bay and doesn't look like any Harley front fenders.

Could this be from a Harley Sportster from the 70's or 80's..Guy was old who gave it to me
I broke a kids nose in the 9th grade for calling me a Jap. I never ceases to amaze me how people can hide behind a computer keyboard a throw out ethnic slurs without batting a eye. Just saying...
It looks like an aftermarket fender that "may" fit the sportster front end? I have seen where people put "big bike" style tins on sportsters to try and make them look like big harleys.
