Trackerdie mini mod clevis are ordered. I think this will do the trick. I will try to post up some pic's for future reference if anyone else is searching for same issue.

I got the trackerdie clevis and installed, they seem to be what the wife was asking to adjust. She has not ridden to final comment yet. The snap rings on the forward control kit fought me a little bit and a trip to lowes to buy better snap ring pliers was a short delay. The trackerdie clevises are not polished, luckily was able to accomplish with a rag & compound before installing, I have a pic of one done next to one as shipped. It was good enough to blend into the forward control kit. As I am new to this didn't realize the trackerdie kit revises the oem offset sportster clevis mount to standard harley male mount. I got the stock foot peg installed and it wouldn't fold flat. I emailed trackerdie and got a pretty quick response explaining this. I ordered some Kuryakyn ISO footpegs off of Amazon and they installed easily.
The clevis part number #42541-04 is used for example on a 2008 Custom that comes standard with forward controls. It is also used on the 2009 Low with its mid controls.
Mini Footboard Kit - Large #50500109 fit both bikes.
The mini footboard # 50500290 introduced with the T fits the Custom of the same year so I have to conclude trackerdie have not made the clevis exactly the same. Considering the clevis above is a Sportster only part from 2004 to 2020 it makes no sense to me.
