As for re-jetting, there's really no way to know ahead of time. I switched from my stock SE to a velocity stack thinking I would have to re-jet, but after checking my plugs many times it turns out it was running fine with that a/f mixture. Unless you are talking about a real performance intake, I don't think the amount of air being drawn in changes all that much. I don't think you will have to re-jet, but I could be wrong.
