Howdy brothers.
I replaced the ignition plugs and riding 3000miles and checked, the plug like this. The bike cannot be idle without throttling on cold mornings. Sounds like a single cylinder motor- cycle and slows down and die.
So i’d just replaced the plugs.
Stock cv carv and Main jet is 200 pilot jet is 50 intake system is the s&s big teardrop.
Do you think the mixture is too rich ?
What your recommend size of the jets?
and any tips to how to setting the mixture ?
Way too rich. 45/180 as stated above. Looks like you have an 883, so maybe try 170 or 175 main.
I think 2.5 turns out on the idle mix screw is generally a good starting point. Search "idle drop" method or use a vacuum gauge to fine tune if you want.

Your engine can only pull so much air and the size of the air cleaner does not matter that much. As stated above and per the information here: http://sportsterpedia.com/doku.php/techtalk:evo:carb02
put smaller pilot jet and main jet in.
Thanks for your sharing the video, i can understand now all of the problems. the engine could be tuned wrong or definitely there was oil leaking to the cylinder.
if it's a oil leaking, that is huge problem to me. i'll check the cylinder pressure and put some camera into the cylinder checking as visually.
thank you brother.
