Default 2003 Crazy Carb?

I always appreciate all the help here. 2003 xlc, started running crappy, bogging down (no power). Rebuilt carb, ran great a couple times, than same thing. Cleaned carb, replaced petcock filter and added additional 1/4" inline filter. Ran great a couple times again, than same thing again, bogging down & no power. It's gotta be the carb right? I don't know what else it could be. No debris in second filter...looks clean. All help much appreciated, thank you. I did notice that the inner coating was starting to flake off, thats why I added inline filter. All help is much appreciated, thank you.

Have you changed out your manifold seals, all three of them?

An inline filter may be some of the issue, too much resistance to flow gas. It does seem like clogged jets could also be an issue.

Yes sir, I replaced all three manifold seals. When I get the time, I guess I'll try taking carb completely apart again and clean again and eliminate inline strainer. Thank you

The fact that it will run OK then after some time get fouled again makes me think you have debris in your gas tank. You are cleaning it out, the bike runs, then the debris catches up with the carb again. Take a look in your tank, see anything floating around? The tank liner peeling off? Easy enough to drop the fuel, soak over night with white vinegar and see what kind of junk comes out in the AM. Good luck.
