Default Exaust Problem

Went to dealer tonight and was going to order the Vance and Hines longshot exhaust. I have an 07 Low and they told me that they are having problems putting on the 07s because of the fuel injection. Has anyone else run in to this problem?

Does V&H list the pipes as available for the XL? If so, it has holes for the O2 sensors and will work. If they do not specifically list the '07then you need to look elsewhere at this time.Go to the V&H website.

You can run V&H. Get power commander part number 817-511. If the problem is O2 sensors, the power commander does away with the sensors with there O2 eliminators.Install map M817-002.

Did a little more research, actually the map download you would need for the V&H is M817-008. That's for the V&H and high flow air breather kit.

I happened to be at my indy shop the other day and there was a salesrep there selling a kit to them that allows them to easily installa bung on standard pipes to accomodate the o2 sensor.
