Here's where Harley can do a better job.

Just like cars.

1. A choice of handle bars

2. Choice of controls

3. Choice of different rakes

4. Exhaust

Would make a big difference in sales vs charging an arm and leg for the dealers to install.

The stock suspension was terrible! It didn't really 'match' the rest of the bike. I swapped progressive springs into the front and 412 shocks onto the back. It really put the SPORT back into the Sportster!

Ill second that, 05 1200 custom , I have screamin eagle IIs and they make the bike seem to run a whole lot better

The height of the front fender. But I just fixed that tonight by lowering it an inch.
Did you lower the fender or change out the springs in the forks?

the motor noise is a plus, doing circles around yuppy tools who think the best HD is a girls bike is a plus, I guess the only thing i can think of is how fast the thing uses tires doing burnouts at traffic lights....

3.3 gallon tank, love the look but I wish it held about5 gallons.
