Default Bank Angle Sensor???

Does anyone know where the Bank Angle Sensor is locatedon a 2003 1200 Custom? Just curious.

I've been having problems getting the bike to turn over. Dealer diagnosed the problem and found that the bank angle sensor was stuck in an open position, so the bike thought it was leaning more than 45 degrees and would not start. Dealer informed me that the part would need to be replaced so I do have one on order, but it will take about a week to get in. They were able to get the bike started, but it constantly cuts out on me every so often.

Thanks.

On my 02 883 it was located on the back of the battery box...
I also had issues with the sensor, and after the dealer replaced it 4 times(under warranty), they finally realized the voltage regulator was bad and was cooking the sensor...

Thanks Dan for the advise. I'll ask the dealer about the voltage regulator.
